Shipping & Packaging

All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice, USPS from our studio in Mountaindale, NY

International Shipping: We currently offer limited International shipping, if you are interested in owning one or more of our pieces please contact us at Hello@wildbowerstudio.com for shipping costs. Note that international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. Should for whatever reason your package not be delivered, Wild Bower will not be able to refund shipping fees.

Packaging All items are packed and shipped with recycled materials in our NY studio. Please note that our studio uses incense which does give our packing materials an odor. We think it’s a nice addition but recognize that it might be jarring to some. Please take that into account when shopping with us.

Return & Exchange, Damaged Products

Return & Exchange Policy: Please note that we do not except returns or exchanges, however if you are not happy with your order please contact us at Hello@WildBowerStudio.com. We’d be happy to work with you.

Postage costs are nonrefundable and return delivery cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Customers are responsible for packing returns carefully as ceramics are incredibly delecate. Any item returned damaged will not be refunded.

Damaged Products: All of our orders are carefully packaged with recycled materials and shipped via our preferred carrier. Once your order is received, please examine your order for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing (hello@wildbowerstudio.com) within 7 days of delivery receipt. We will send out replacements as soon as possible though please note as a small batch studio we might need to make new pieces, which could take 3 - 6 weeks.
